A house. The roof is what the client experiences. The foundation is what nobody sees but everything stands on. Between them: five load-bearing layers we have been building while the brand work was happening above the floorboards.
This is a single map of what Mothéo is. What we sell, who runs it, what fires, what proves it, what governs it, and where it comes from. Read top-down to descend through the stack; read bottom-up to see how a piece becomes a piece.

Each layer is a band of capability. The trefoil — RAW · PERSONAL · SINGULAR — threads vertically through every layer, which is why only Mothéo can claim authority over the whole. The deeper you go, the less the client sees and the more the entire system depends on it.

Five proprietary engines plus Gram (symbiotic partner, not owned). Seven operational modules. Three legal entities. One mine partnership. The smart contract architecture, the Regen Fund mechanics, the tri-jurisdictional Seal. None of which is visible from the brand surface, all of which is what makes "Mothéo IS the authority" mean something.
